First reason: If you find that we close your order, it probably because the products you ordered are out of stock, although we usually prepare enough stock, some special occasions will happen sometimes. When we meet this condition, we shall contact you to discuss if you agree to change products or delay the delivery time by phone or email. If we can not get in touch with you for 5 days or you do not respond us, we will close your order and refund you.

Second reason: We are unable to verify your payment.
The name of your Paypal account name or shipping address does not match with the information you give to us.
