If the product you received has serious quality problem,such as holes,splits.
If the color of product you received is obviously different from the color of your order.Please notice that color aberration due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition is not included.
In cases above,please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.According to your request,we will arrange return or exchange for you without delay. You need to send it back to us within 7 days since you received products.Please notice that we can not accept any return without being informed.
We are sorry to deny return of underwear,swimwear or other comparatively personal and close fitting products.
We are sorry to deny return of Custom Made products for their uniqueness.
